The role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a receptionist to join our busy administration team. The position is approximately 24-26 hours per week and will be based between our clinics at 11 Windsor Street and 9 Martin Street in Invercargill.

Windsor Physio is a locally owned and operated business which has been providing physiotherapy services to the Southland community for over 35 years. We have a team of 20 experienced staff and take great pride in the exceptional level of care we provide our patients. Our company values are:

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Welcoming patients and visitors to the clinic
  • Answering the phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Scheduling appointments over the phone and in person 
  • Handling patient queries
  • Data entry
  • Taking payments
  • Over the counter product sales
