Zoe Ting
Originally from Malaysia, Zoe graduated from the University of Otago in 2026 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has moved to Invercargill to pursue her career. She is passionate about various fields of physiotherapy including treating post-op patients at Southern Cross and keeping the residents moving at Bupa Ascot and Rowena Jackson Retirement Village.
Growing up as a squash competitor, she developed a strong appreciation for performance, injury prevention and evidence-based rehabilitation. She has a strong interest in movement-based approaches such as Pilates towards musculoskeletal conditions to support strength, stability and long-term function.
In her spare time, Zoe enjoys going to the gym, occasional indoor bouldering in Dunedin, walks along the beach and watching movies/shows.
